Ordered food from here. First of all they do not have option to add butter online. Secondly we called them asked them to send it with the rider. They asked us to call the rider and they also said that they will try from their end. We tried calling the rider but it couldn’t connect and we were hoping that this restaurant will take care of it. When we received the delivery they didn’t send butter. And I called them back but the way the people from this dhaba talked was pathetic. The customer service is so bad that I’ll never order from them. He was very rude and was blaming me. They obviously have the pathetic service.
THE OWNER CALLED ME AND WAS THREATENING TO GO TO POLICE because I have posted a negative review. The complaint was more about the way the person was talking to me. It wasn’t about butter anymore. These people are literally scary. Even the owner is pathetic like the employees...

Apna Vaishno Dhaba is a pure 💎.
Me and my colleague went to this place at around 10pm and he insisted that this place is very good to try North Indian food. And yes he was right.
The food quality was top notch. The quantity was very good too. We have ordered half portions of dal makhani, veg and raita. And to my surprise it felt like everything was of full portion.
The staff was polite and humble too. The service was very quick. We sat on first floor and the place is having good sitting area, with ground, first and outdoor sitting options.
The price was also very reasonable.
Everything was of top quality. Though interior can be improved. But rest all was good.

Had a Poori Chana plate costing ₹170. They either serve channa or Alloo sabji in a plate but I requested both. So they served Alloo sabji also in place of Raita. Now the taste quality and presentation. Channa was so so in both categories. Alloo sabji looked horrible. Tastes very poor. Unwashed and unpeeled potatoes used. Heavy dose of salt. Poori size was good. Baked good. But very poor quality oil used. Horrible taste. Barely eat 2 out of 4. Ambiance is poor. No ambiance at all on Ground floor. Not even dhabba ambiance. Overall horrible experience, total waste of money and appetite. You can find many places with much better ambiance and quality of food nearby...
