I'm a big fan of biryani by kilo !! This time I ordered Chicken Ghee Roast, Paneer Nawabi and Chicken Korma from their Panchkula outlet and it was a lovely experience. As the name refers they are serving all the Biryanis on Kg basis. They are serving both Kachchi & Pukki Biryanis in Earthen Handis so that you can experience perfect smoky flavour and aroma of spices. With every Biryani they send a Mini Angeethi which provides extra 8-10 minutes of dum right before serving. Apart from the Biryanis they also serve Starters, Curries, Breads and Desserts. Comeing to the food we hed : The Chicken Ghee Roast was full of flavours, If you love spicy food this starter is highly recommend, I tried it for the first time and it was simply delicious. Next we tried their Paneer Nawabi and Chicken Korma with some homemade rotis. The succulent pieces of Paneer just melted in mouth, this item was delivered in a earthen pot which took it to a whole new level. The chicken korma was also delicious as usual. The gravy tastesd really good with the rotis.

Loved the place. Located in busy yet quite locality, this place is heaven for the lovers of Mughlai food and specialy Biryani. The authentic taste, flavour, aroma and delicacy of Biryani in both the variants i.e. veg and Non veg is ensured to its entirety. The ambience of the place is very soothing and eye catching. Available seating however is little small but still the place is very tidy and very well managed. Staff is very polite, attentive and very helpful. Although I had heard about Biryani by Kilos since long but could managed to plan and be there at BBK for the first time with the family and it was totally worth the decision. They indeed are the authentic players of the game and infact the game changers too for sure. I hope they Just keep up the spirit of the authentic food and maintain the level as always. I placed an order for a veg biryani from Biryani By Kilo via Zomato at 8:58 pm. The order was delivered at 10:30 pm — a significant delay. Moreover, the food was completely cold and not edible. The so-called "veg biryani" did not look like veg biryani at all. It did not contain any vegetables, and the quality was extremely poor, raising serious concerns about hygiene and authenticity.

It is important to note that Zomato did not deliver this order; instead, it was delivered directly by the restaurant. The restaurant staff themselves admitted that they had a heavy rush and, because of this, the food was prepared with negligence.

When we raised a complaint with both Zomato and Biryani By Kilo, we received no proper support. Instead of addressing our concerns, the staff argued with us rudely and refused to take responsibility.
