I have been Nik Bakers customer for 10+ years across cities and never have experienced such awful way to apologise for their mistakes. I ordered my favourite large fries from here via Zomato and when i opened the package and then the dip, dip had a piece of hair. I immediately contacted Zomato support but apparently she's of no help . Sent 4 pics which I'm attaching below in my review also . Her saying was i can't see the hair in the pic or the dip. I handed it myself from there on, contacted Nik 20 PKL via phone and told about the issue, there response was sir we can't send dip or fries . Either create new order or come yourself.. Are you kidding me? Couldn't the manager or anyone from management of the outlet book a Uber moto and send me a dip at their own cost with an apology?. That's too much to ask? Or don't have the common courtesy. Every company or human makes mistakes, what matters is how you deal with it.

Anyhow I went to Nik 20 PKL and saw staff in kitchen with masks below their noise, covering the mouth and chin. Amidst pandemic times is this how you cook food and then ship to customers outside or in the outlet itself? You gonna take responsibility if someone catches covid19 from your staff? Seriously man up people, i don't expect or want an apology but improve yourself. Nik in 5 sector Panchkula is so much well behaved and well kept. Just look at your peer and improve yourself.
