Use of technology is one thing, being dumb is another. We understand company wants to introduce self ordering and save money but this experience was below grade for any services.
I wanted to order a simple Mango thik shake they had advertised all over the store. So I was courteously asked by one of the steward to order from the self check screens. But that showed it out of stock. When I shared my disappointment with him he said sir you can order same from the app by scanning QR code on the table. To my surprise I asked how would that help? If you have the stock why not let me order from where I am, if not what difference does it make of the device I order from. He said no sir we have it, just use the app. Mind you there was barely one order showing on thier order queue screen. Now why would I waste my time downloading something amd spend time registering to the app and than when you have things in stock already?
I had to push them to place order for me and they did, but I got a very bland, non mangoish Crushed Ice for 191 rs that was not at all expected or enjoyable.

I've been there for dine in and ordered through online app because there was no one available on the counters to take the order.
After ordering online i got my confirmation text from the burger king then i wait 3-4 mins just trying to talk to the staff to know how much time I am gonna get my order ready.
I purchased a meal online with ice cream in it. Staff told me we will call you once your ice cream gets ready but no one calls me i finished my first order and placed another offline still no one reminded me of that ice cream and because i was in a rush and they delayed it too much i just forgot about my ice cream.
To be honest this one is the worst outlet of burger king I've ever been in.
The staff is very careless and ignorant i tried to talk to them about my order multiple times they don't even look at me.
The taste is 5 out of 5 as always.
There is a suggestion please give customers a token of the items which were still pending in the meal...

I am a regular customer of Burger King and visiting frequently with my family and friends. Today on 24/09/2021 I visited your restaurant for a take away order on the occasion of my mother's birthday.
