Food is OK but the service leaves a lot to be desired. The seating can be described as uncomfortable at best (and for a lounge, that's not a very good thing). The most irritating part IMHO is their cutlery. The forks and knives are blunt and practically useless. In spite of there not being many clients, you still have to wait for long times to be served. These guys could do a lot better because there ARE some staff members who work hard - if only their work ethics could rub off on the rest of the staff. ... Edit... On Oct 21st, 2013... Everything is perfect but the staff is I think Overtrained on how to manipulate the things. I ordered for an Espresso and asked for a glass of water and simply he said that RO is not working you can order a bottle of water. That's completely fine if their RO was not working. But how come another customer asked for the glass of water and they offered him the same from their Pantry I understand you need to generate the revenue but at least put same words to every customer of yours. Seriously not a...

This is a lounge so expect it to be expensive than other ccd outlets, tables are rarely cleaned, washrooms are not essentially equipped with sanitary goods. Few of the plug ports are broken so look before you choose where u sit, in case u need a charging station. I was denied internet once when asked, when I needed. Coffee is good however not worth the price, coffee is freshly prepared on order however snacks are not. It's a good place for customers who need some space to sit and talk for...
