Very very pathetic experience. Had loved this place on my earlier outings. But all the love got wiped out today (18.09.2022 at 8:10 PM). I visited there with my wife. Was feeling good. But then a lot of things went wrong. We sat there, and there were two waitresses. One of them took our order of Baked Macaroni and Cheese Garlic bread. None of the waitresses even bothered to offer us water. After a while we got Cheese Garlic bread, and some insects came with it flying over the food and us. Well, we ate the Cheese Garlic bread and started waiting for Baked Macaroni. After 20 mins we called the waitress for knowing about why the food is not being served, and then we came to know that the order was not even placed. Both the girls were standing and smiling, they didn't even bother to say sorry for once. Waitress said it will take 5-7 mins for Baked Macaroni to be served. We agreed and then viola! Baked Macaroni was served within 3 mins. It was not baked at all, there was no salt in it and again some insects came with it. Somehow we ate it and asked for bill. Again we were waiting and waiting and waiting. Frustrated us then went to manager to pay the bills. There we told the whole incident. The manager was helpful and well behaved. He even offered us to take away some food free of cost, which we refused. The overall experience was very very bad. The place spoiled our mood. It destroyed our Sunday. It is very difficult to articulate as to how a place like The Big Bro can even do that to people. Very rude and pathetic waitresses. Poor sanitation. Tasteless food. Can any more thing go wrong at a place somebody goes to...

Very bad experience. Highly unprofessional people. We ordered cakes from their website and paid too. And then we waited and waited but no sign of any delivery. We called the phone number that had sent receipt and order details to us on whatsapp. We were told that there was no rider available for delivery and also we had booked the order from third party app with which they were not associated anymore. What nonsense! This same person had sent us the order details and the receipt of payment, but now he was trying to fool us to believe that it was some third party that had taken our order! We had ordered from their website and there was no other way to place the order than through their official app ( they guide you to that). If they are not associated with this app, how come they accept obline orders through this app only? Cheats! My husband went and collected the order himself. The owner and manager played innocent , pretending to be unaware what was going on their website. Strange thing is that it was the same person / phone number (that had sent me the order details and payment receipt) and that same person was acting ignorant about my order. The unneccessary delay in getting the cakes in time ,played spoil sport for the evening. All because of these...

I recently visited Big Bro Cafe in Sector 9, Panchkula, and had a fantastic experience! The ambiance was cozy and inviting, making it a perfect spot for both a casual hangout and a work session. We started with the Cold Coffee and Cappuccino – both were exceptionally well-made, with the perfect balance of flavors and strength. The Cold Coffee was refreshing, and the Cappuccino had a rich, creamy texture that I thoroughly enjoyed. For our meal, we ordered the Chicken Bowl Meal and the Chicken Tikka Sandwich. The Chicken Bowl Meal was a delightful surprise – packed with flavors and generously portioned, it was satisfying and delicious. The Chicken Tikka Sandwich was equally impressive, with tender, flavorful chicken and fresh ingredients that made each bite a pleasure. We couldn't leave without sampling some of their desserts, so we took home the Death by Chocolate Cake and the Tiramisu Cake. Both cakes were divine! The Death by Chocolate Cake was rich and indulgent, a chocolate lover's dream, while the Tiramisu Cake was light, creamy, and had the perfect coffee kick. Overall, Big Bro Cafe exceeded my expectations in every way. Great food, excellent coffee, and wonderful service. Highly recommend this gem in Panchkula! ---

Great ambience and wonderful service. I've been here on couple of occasions, and came out relishing everything ordered. Always the one to try everything unconventional, I had tried their Mexican pizza replete with nachos on my previous visit. Emboldened even more, this time I decided to go overboard in my food adventure and went with their kung pao pizza. That despite being warned by the sensible staff that it would be somewhat of an excess to order it, given that I had also ordered 2 other dishes for me and my family. Turns out, we were already full by the time pizza arrived and somehow the Burmese flavors of kung pao and peanuts didn't really gel well with the cheese and pizza sauces. Probably on an empty stomach, I would have liked it some but in this situation the pizza was unanimously rejected by all of us. While I'll still go with a five stars because of the serving staff's honest recommendation of not opting for it, they should reconsider matching their flavors right in case of such a bold mix and match. If it indeed works for others, I'd surely like to know; and even probably give it another shot when I'm hungry (once bitten, twice shy?... Hell no!)

Our hunt for good Continental food led us to this joint. And trust me, we weren’t disappointed. The lunch that we ordered turned out to be amazing and delicious. We ordered grilled fish and roast chicken platter. The dishes served were very fresh and highly delectable. A good place for fish loving people like us. Besides Continental they also have South Indian and Indian cuisine. Also to our surprise we were told that they have “Chaat” as well. Their Bakery section is very well stacked and is on our yet to explore list. All goodies under one roof.
