Wow Domino’s, what an amazing delivery service you have! 👏 I placed an order at 11 PM, hungry and alone at home, thinking at least a big brand like you can be trusted. But your rider proved me completely wrong.

First, he calls me to ‘confirm’ my address even though I had already pinned it correctly. Then he proudly declares that my home is ‘out of range’ — and guess what? It was just ONE minute away from the pinned location. Seriously Domino’s? One minute is your ‘out of delivery zone’? 😂 Hats off!

When I explained my situation — that it’s late at night and I’m alone so I can’t step outside — instead of showing a little humanity, the rider basically started hinting that he needs some ‘extra benefit’ to come forward. Oh, so now Domino’s riders also run their own commission business? Great innovation! Maybe you should officially add a new category in your app: “Pay Rider Bribe to Get Your Food” 🤦

And the best part? After wasting my time, he says, ‘let me check with my senior,’ and within 2 minutes cancels my order without even informing me. Bravo 👏👏. Hungry customer, late at night, order cancelled without consent — what a 5-star service experience!

Domino’s, if this is what your brand has become — riders asking for commission, refusing to deliver for even a 1-minute distance, and canceling orders without consent — then congratulations, you are officially competing with the worst roadside service possible. Thank you for the unforgettable nightmare experience. Never trusting Domino’s...

Few days back i ordered from dominos through zomato. From thr last 3 4 times the quality of dominos is too bad that i stopped ordering since then. Last time i ordered a pizza with cheese burst crust and extra cheese but what i got was a plain base pizza. The chocolava was burnt and there was no stuffing in garlic bread. Today i ordered again after so many days and after i ordered i raised concern to think that this time they will take care of the quality. But As i explained above in my previous concern it was the same. Last time it was a normal pizza base even though i ordered cheese burst with extra cheese. This time even after raising concern i got a cheese burst pizza with the least amount of cheese someone can put in a pizza which should be extra cheese burst. I dont know anymore that why i am paying extra money if the cheese is reduced instead of giving extra. No one can tell by eating it that it is cheese burst. This is the last time i ordered from dominos because this is the 4th or 5th time i got this worst pizza on which i wasted my money. I used to order every week every saturday from dominos but i dont think I'll ever waste my money on this type of...

Tasty Pizza with Great Service - 4 Stars!

I recently ordered from Domino's and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the pizza and the service I received. The crust was perfectly cooked, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. I appreciated the wide variety of topping options available, allowing me to customize my pizza to my liking.

The delivery was quick and the pizza arrived hot and fresh. The delivery driver was friendly and courteous, making the overall experience even better.

The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I found the prices to be slightly on the higher side compared to some other local pizzerias. However, the quality of the pizza and the convenience of the delivery service made it worth it.

Overall, I was satisfied with my Domino's experience and would definitely order from them again...
