AVOID HALDIRAM'S OUTLET AT ALL COSTS - Appalling Service & Staff!

Haldiram's this outlet has consistently disappointed me, but today's experience takes the cake. The staff, particularly a person name Chander Mohan, were utterly unprofessional and rude.

When I asked Chander Mohan to pack my order, he was not at all willing to do the work as the order was big. First this gentleman took a tea break after taking my order slip, then continuously wasted time here and there asking others to pack the order. after I repeatedly asked him to pack my stuff this person had the audacity of saying that my order was delaying his other orders. His tone was abrasive and dismissive. Unbelievable!

This outlet's service has deteriorated drastically. Untrained staff, inefficient management, and a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction.

Chander Mohan's behavior is a reflection of the outlet's overall apathy. How can a renowned brand like Haldiram's tolerate such incompetence?

Until they overhaul their staff and service, I'll be taking my business (and appetite) elsewhere.
