KFC — Restaurant in Haryana

I visited the store on 2 Mar 2024 along with my family and the store's disgusting/ pathetic service completely ruined my lunch time. The regular chicken ordered was burnt and was too oily (our tongue could really feel an artificial layer of the oil) because at the same time there were few customers waiting as well. In a hurry it was obvious that some of the orders were not up to the standard of KFC. In comparison the Chandigarh store sector 8 is the place which really maintains the KFC standard but this particular store at sector 20 Panchkula literally fails to do it. It has happened many times now and finally I decided to write a review.

Advice to the KFC management, please instruct your team to at least slow down the music so that the executives can listen to the customer properly and possibly could serve in an efficient manner. Our order was 12 bucket, 8 regular and 4 spicy chicken pieces but it was all 12 regular pieces instead. Certainly due to the unwanted loud music the executive could not hear properly and missed out on the details from the customer.

Horrendous experience here at KFC, Sector-20, Panchkula this evening. Ordered a 6 piece bucket of red grilled chicken leg piece. Waited for around 30 mins for the order with no favourable outcome for the same. Then again after asking for another 10 mins and standing on their heads, they gave the order with only 5 pieces and said that the 6th piece will take time. After eating the 5 pieces then again the same situation of waiting for the one piece (lol). Took the refund for the last piece. All this chaos for 5 pieces took an hour and wasted time. Don't know what's happening to their service because it's the same situation here regularly. Kindly avoid. Such service makes the food and atmosphere worth nothing, hence not giving any stars...
