KFC — Restaurant in Haryana

I'm sharing my story. I visit this store in 9:30 on 14th june 2023. My bill amount was near by 1200/- Rs and they took time around 40-45 mint for my order and i waited for that and i did'nt mind for this when my order was ready and i'm going collect that order and i was going to check my order in bag is it correct and the counter boy said me no no don't worry very thing is okay but i said no let me check then they again said no don't worry sir trust us.and i said okay. And i take my order to home. And i open bag. They make me fool on counter. They did'nt give me three items on my order ( burger pepsi and wings) and i'm calling them from my home they did'nt pick any call from my side worst experience in this store. I highly recommend you that always check your order twice they are very clever and smart to fool you. Please check if anybody...

I wish I could give 0. There were 2 employees taking order from a customer on a single screen.. n tool around 8-10 minutes on one person only. When I asked why 2 employees are taking order on single screen and not using any other for multiple orders at once. They said, "only one screen is working and we can not do anything". If you don't have resources to run an outlet then shut it down. Then my order took way too long to get ready, even people who came after me got their order. I waited for a while and then lost my patience and approached the counter regarding my order and same guy said, " order is ready but forgot to keep it on the counter and announce". I think he did that on purpose because I questioned them earlier. Pathetic.. there are other kfc outlets with better staff...

Manager was taking order from the POS but didn't provid bills to the guest. When we ask for bill he was roaming here and there. I observed that he is not giving bills to any of the guest. We went 2 times at the same store for same order. First day we paid 485 for 2 rice biryani, 1 medium and 1 lime crush same order, but on my first visit they didn't provide bills, after 2 days again we visit and we placed same order, but the amount was charged to us 541. How it's possible change in bill amount for the same order. Manager is might cheating to guest due to that reason they do not provide bills. Also store order display screen was not working or might they do not use that display for guest order. Services are really pathetic will never visit again in KFC SEC...
