Worst hotel I have ever visited. As the hotels were completely packed so we had to check in here and it was terrible experience. The temperature was so down here and neither heater was available in the room nor geyser. The blankets were poor quality rooms were not well maintained. Washroom was not clean and room service was also not available and when we asked to get it clean the owner started to argue and misbehaving. Kasol itself is a great place but the ambience of this place in Kasol is an experience to remember. Specially the back side of this cafe. The food was very tasty and they serve according to you, spicy- non spicy, less masala. The small kid with me gave 5 star rating to their food. Catch me later if there will be tinch of lie in it.
