Café coffee drips — Restaurant in Himachal Pradesh

The best thing about Café Coffee Drips is its first-floor location overlooking the Mall Road, Manali's main drag. The wide glass facade makes it a great place for people-watching over a warm cup of coffee or plate of pasta. The wood-lined walls and wooden chairs and tables along with warm lighting, makes it an inviting place, where one can linger on a wintry day. It has a German Bakery counter at the entrance, so if you're a dessert lover, like I, this is a very welcoming place indeed. I ordered a masala chai and an apple crumble. While the masala chai was exceptional, the apple crumble arrived cold. It certainly wasn't fresh, the apple filling inside looked and tasted more like meat. I always felt you can rarely go wrong with a German Bakery apple crumble but, after this experience, I realise...

We had a Choco Mud pastry, Hot Chocolate, and Mixed Fruit Juice. We liked all of them very much.

We also loved the ambience. The place is warm, laid back, and cozy. A very nice breather from the hustle and bustle of Mall Road. They have a great music selection — Eminem was playing when I visited. Also, there are some chess sets at the tables for visitors to play.

Also, I accidentally dropped my hotel keys and some cash, and the staff helped me locate both. This was the cherry on the cake.

Absolutely fantastic food you’ll find in manali. You should definitely visit and when you do dont forget to order the bhaksu cake. One of my favourite desert. This place has a cool vibe plus they have nice music taste as well and the interiors of the cafe are very photogenic.
