LA PINO'Z PIZZA MANALI — Restaurant in Himachal Pradesh

Ordered an Indian chicken special pizza with cheese dip worth Rs. 625. The pizza was 25cm as mentioned in the menu. However, it had 2 to 3 pieces of tiny chicken, 3 to 4 thin slices of seekh kebab and 2 to 3 chopped pieces of a single salami. The cheese on the pizza was very less. The cheese dip was missing. When asked the guy at the counter, he said "cheese dip pizza k bich me hi daala hoga". There was nothing as such at the centre of the pizza. Also, the pizza was tasteless as there was no salt. There was another customer with quite the same problem, however the guy at the counter didn't help him and a female chef who cooked that dish was treating the customer rudely. This shameless restaurant only knows how to deceive people. I made the unfortunate mistake of ordering from them via Zomato. They called me to say they couldn’t deliver the order, but later, the app showed it as “delivered.” Now, Zomato will only issue a refund if the status says “not delivered.”

These thieves essentially stole my money without delivering any food, right here in Manali. There seems to be no sense of integrity or community. I usually expect this kind of behavior in big cities, but I had hoped that businesses in a smaller town like Manali would be kinder and more honest. Clearly, I was wrong.
