We started with a Vada and Sambar, and the Sambar was incredibly delicious - the best I've had at any South Indian restaurant. It was my first time trying Madras Cafe, and the Sambar won everyone over. We then ordered Idlis, which were soft and tasty. I also had Paper Dosa and Masala Dosa, while my companions tried Onion Dosa and Paneer Dosa. All the dosas were amazingly flavorful. The place was crowded, which is a testament to its popularity. The interiors are minimalistic, brightly lit and sparkling clean. The warm red and cool green colours add to the warmth of the nature. The food is genuinely South Indian.
