We were recommended to visit this newly opened place. We were impressed by its location and also the interior design. It is very modern and unusual for Dharamasala. I can see why so many people like this place. But for me, the food need to be the main point of consideration. We ordered several of their recommended dishes. (But it is not meant as a criticism, cos we know the food might be designed to cater for local pallette.) I found the food to be oily and heavily spiced. So much so it over powered the natural taste of the ingredients. For example the hot and spicy soup. It was so spicy that I could taste only chillies but nothing else. I cannot imagine how one can taste anything else after drinking the soup. As for their signature "drumsticks" it was nice and crispy, but I found the tatse to be a bit bland. (Unless Korean Fried Chicken). To make matter worse, their service is slow (maybe acceptable by Indian standard) and dishes took too long to prepare. So did I enjoy anything? Yes, Their Ginger Honey Lemon Tea is the best I had during my current trip to Dharmasala. Highly recommend. Overall, it was not a good experience. But I might want to give a go again so I can get a more balanced view. (But for now, it is a NO)

Only the hype created for the best tibetan food served in mcleodganj. Nothing that great. Mutton served in thenthuk was undercooked. However the drumstick fried momos were good in taste. Better visit Raku's place for an amazing thupka.

Worst restaurant! The order took one and half hours to arrive and then the one of the dishes was missing which they said it will take time, the other order was not the one that we asked for. They got us totally different dish! We had to request staff multiple times for our order and when will it be ready to serve! The lady that took our order missed understanding what we ordered and blamed us later that we told her the wrong order, when she was at fault. None of the staff was ready to accept that they were at fault! They said mistakes to hoti rehti nahi na, doosro ka order pehele that but actually it was just one family that was being served before us and then we were the next for other and none else in the whole restaurant! The lady who took the order was making faces and making gestures as if she is very annoyed and having headache!

I give zero in all areas! If you area a tourist don’t visit them at all! We thought we will have authentic tibetian food here which wasn’t the case, my home made veg Thai red curry and fried rice is far far better...
