We recently dined here in early September and it was nothing short of fantastic. The menu is diverse, offering a delightful mix of traditional dishes that are both authentic and satisfying. We opted for a selection that included some classic Tibetan and Bhutanese options plus a vegetarian pizza to share, and the quality and flavors blew me away. Each dish was generously portioned—perfect for those with hearty appetites!

The service was equally impressive. Our server, Akhil, was a true gem. He took the time to explain each foreign dish on the menu with great enthusiasm and clarity, which really enhanced our dining experience. His recommendations were spot-on, It’s always nice to see staff who are passionate about the food they serve! And he constantly returned to check we are ok with everything.

I have been a loyal customer of Jimmy’s, visiting more than 20–30 times over the last year. But yesterday’s experience was not only shocking—it was heartbreaking.

I went for dinner with a client to finalize a business deal. Being a pure vegetarian by faith, I ordered veg pasta. To my utter disbelief, it contained a piece of chicken. For me, this was not just a mistake—it was a complete violation of trust and a deep hurt to my religious belief.

The serving staff were visibly in shock and kept apologizing sincerely, but what hurt most was the attitude of the cooking staff (chef). He kept me waiting for 10 minutes, came out only after I insisted, and then bluntly said “sorry” without any care or sense of responsibility. The casualness from the one who actually prepared the food was unacceptable.

Jimmy (the owner) later refused to take money for the food, but it was never about money—it was about respect for faith and trust in the food served.

As someone who regularly trusted this place, this incident has left me completely shaken. I sincerely hope the management takes this as a wake-up call, fixes such serious gaps in the kitchen, and ensures no customer’s beliefs are ever hurt...
