Everyone has their own experience while staying in hotel...some has good and some has bad. My family had a bad experience. We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights during last week of may, 2023. Rooms were ok , rooftop restaurant was also good, location also good as it was close to mall road, but the worst part is the parking of this hotel. Some guest while trying to take his car out from parking, banged into my car and a major dent and scratches came on the left side front door. I have a cctv footage of it. But the hotel authorities have denied to take the responsibility of it, by saying "parking responsibility is not our's." I think they should have put a sign board on wall that "parking at owner's risk", then we can understand. After this, the authorities were so rude to us, we payed nearly 16 k at hotel but no compensation was given by hotel authorities, nor they were ready to accept that this was their mistake. Guard was also there, but sometimes he take the car keys from owners to adjust car in parking, and bangs cars into one another. During 3 days stay, i have noticed this 2 times. Why we stayed 3 days...? Because there was peak season and some hotels were full and some were quite expensive. So from my side 2 stars to this hotel and i don't think i will again stay there. Firstly, I would like to address the behavior of your manager. I interacted with manager on phone and at the front desk. Unfortunately, their demeanor was unprofessional and dismissive. He does not know how to talk. They seemed unwilling to assist with a simple inquiry I had regarding my booking, and their lack of courtesy was quite disappointing. We were late first day and they charged an additional amount from us to allow for first day. As a guest, I expect to be treated with respect and receive prompt, courteous service from him. I'll never recommend this hotel to anyone. Secondly, I encountered a problem with the parking arrangements at your hotel. Despite assurances on your website and during my reservation process that adequate parking would be available, I found it extremely challenging to find a space each time I returned to the hotel. I was asked to park in other location, which was inconvenient. These issues detracted significantly from my overall experience at your hotel.
