Sa-Ba Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Himachal Pradesh

Nice place for family dinners..but we ordered a pizza and ordered extra cheese, worth ₹95. When we got there, they were preparing a margherita and not a country special, which was what we ordered on the phone. They changed it to country special then, but they cheese was not at all extra! It was just regular cheese that they'd served us the previous time we went there and ordered a pizza without extra cheese. We were duped off ₹95!

UPDATE: Went to dine here again. When we asked for a second raita, they didn't get it for a long time until we finished our meal. but that's fine. considering no fault so far. However, the raita was filled only half through the bowl, and not full! Then we asked and the waiter accepted that the raita was actually less in quantity. Upon confronting the owner at the desk, his response was that they were out of curd. I asked why such poor service everytime, and his response was, "Aap kal aao, kal badhiya raita khilaata hu." So we paid ₹180 for 1 and a half raitas today, and we come back tomorrow to buy a third one!

We had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. Our phone had run out of charge, and we got separated from our friends on Mall Road. When we requested to charge our phone, the staff not only refused to help but were also impolite, showing us the exit door instead of offering any assistance. Such behavior is unacceptable, especially in a tourist area where humanity and politeness should come first.

Additionally, we noticed that the washroom door was locked, and customers were required to ask for the key. This practice felt inconvenient and unwelcoming, especially in a busy tourist area. It’s disheartening to see such an attitude and lack of basic courtesy in a place that...

This multi-cuisine restaurant is great place for having all meals in a day. The breakfast options are really great. Everything they serve is freshly cooked. They provide variety of shakes which is really great to enjoy by seating at the outer portion of the restaurant where you can have an insight of the mall road. I had hot chocolate which was delicious. The sandwichs were served with french fries, the bread was soft, the veggies were fresh. The manchurian with noodles combo was really yummilicous.
