Have you ever felt like you've walked into a time machine, only to find that it's malfunctioning? That's precisely how we felt when our beloved Masala Dosa made its grand entrance - cold as a cucumber! 🥒❄️

While my family and I were traveling through Thiruvalla, we decided to try this restaurant due to the crowd. We ordered coffee, masala dosa, and an omelette. The waiter took a long time to arrive, and the food was served even later. When we tasted the masala dosa, it seemed as if it had been cooked in the morning and merely reheated. Despite our lengthy wait, the coffee never arrived. It seemed there was no understanding that coffee should be served before the meal. The waiters were extremely slow. The money spent felt worthless as the quality was absent. The coffee was terrible; I couldn't discern what kind of powder was used, but it was certainly the worst I've ever had. I reminisced about the old days when the Indian Coffee House was in Thiruvalla, which was far superior to this...

Quality of food and options were not up to the mark. We had asked for two cups of tea around 10:30am. They said they don't serve tea at that time. I don't understand why, and I never experienced like this from any of the restaurants in whole India. Informed about this to the owner, and resulted with horrible hospitality and response from both the owner too. Owner was too obedient to his staff not to the customers. Both the waiter and owner were having zero percent knowledge about hospitality and they should learn what's service industry all about and what's hospitality...
