Pizza Hut | Thiruvalla, Kerala — Restaurant in Kerala

If you happen to be a true pizza fan, then this newly opened restaurant joint in T town will simply not live up to your expectations. At first, the biggest concern of them all is the sheer lack of parking facility on site as it is nearly impossible to find a parking anywhere near the restaurant since it is ideally located at the heart of the town right next to the KSRTC terminal. If one can spend an extra 20 or 30 bucks, one could avail the KSRTC underground parking to fulfill the purpose of dine in. The place and it’s ambience are simply lit and the place has been well done in-terms of its lighting and decor. The menu is well laid out. Extra brownie points for the excellent hospitality shown by the staff in catering to our needs. There is ample seating to accommodate quite a mob. The menu is decently priced and extra coupons and offers can be availed through the form of online orders. Now to the main highlight of it all, the pizzas. Like the typical Pizza Hut chains in the country, the pizzas here too suffer from excess oil and an enormous amount of yeast used in the pizzas which makes the experience a bit sober. The pizzas are decent and taste fine but they are not anything that truly stands out. What seems like an uncalled surprise came in the form of being charged when asked for an extra satchet of ketchup. This branch was neither too generous in comparison to their local competitors in terms of providing chilly flakes and oregano sachet and have a certain ration in terms of handing them out to the customers which could certainly raise a few eyebrows. The sides that we had ordered like garlic breadsticks and cheesy garlic breadsticks left us wondering if “garlic” was just a fancy name before the breadsticks as these sides tasted like any other ordinary piece of bread that is toasted. The cheese added to the cheesy breadsticks were again sub-standard and not the expected mozzarella topping offered on the breadstick. Having been a regular fanboy of the brand for ages together, this new addition to the pizza game in thiruvalla does not bring in any magic like their quotes state, but however does offer a good dine in experience in terms of providing a certain vibe and charm. In terms of pricing too, it is at par with the competition and isn’t a bang for the buck. I do not represent any entity nor am I trying to diss this firm, but as a passionate foodie, the question really arises if the hype is all worth it. If one is aiming for the ambience and a place to chill out with decent food then this is your spot but for the hardcore pizza lovers out there, the offerings and value offered by the competitors including taste stand out way ahead of this legendary...

STOP HIDING MY REVIEWS.....THIS IS THE EXPERIENCE I HAD AT THIS BRANCH. Was really excited to try the new Pizza Hut branch in thiruvalla, but was absolutely disappointed. First of all the customer service at the outlet was horrible, I had to wait literally wait 5-10 mins for someone to even take my order, finally after taking my order he asked me to wait as the card machine was being set up and the agent started taking orders of other customers who were in line which is fair enough but the most disappointing part was inspite of making me wait for 15 mins to enter the bill and finally when the card machine was set up the agent chose to prioritise the customer who came later since she had a huge order and mine was just 2 personal pizzas he could have atleast asked the team to start cooking the pizzas but instead he went head over heals over the customer with a huge order obviously that will bring in more money and giving her special service. Never in my life I faced such discrimination at a pizza hut outlet in any other cities. On top of everything they even messed up my order , I had ordered for add on for kebab crust and as you can see in the pics there is no kebab or anything in the crust. There were literally 4 tiny pieces of sausages on each slice and the pizza had no flavour and was filled with liquid cheese, who puts that on a pizza, there is no proper organizing or order at this outlet. Very very disappointed and an huge embarrassment for the brand Pizza Hut. Hope they improve...

Something is not right here...

First of all the parking, have to park below KSRTC bus stand and walk to the restaurant, no other parking space.. a big drawback

Secondly...it was boiling hot inside the restaurant, had to request them to switch on 2 A/Cs, all the A/Cs were switched off...

Thirdly the pizzas were totally not up to mark..i am a pizza lover and this one really lost my appetite... the pan pizza base is so thick that the toppings are less and too much pizza sauce and very less cheese.. the cheese stuff crust was just ok...but the kebab stuff crust not at all to my liking...my all time favorite is pepperoni but in this one there were just very few slices...their stuff crust pizzas have a funny star shape that doesn't look like a pizza even

Fourthly the rates... a bit high when compared..

Also watch out for big flying insects when dine in....

I asked them about their contact number and they said they dont have even after seeing a telephone beside the cashier.. delivery available in swiggy and zomato but to my shock NO NON-VEG PIZZAS in the menu !!!!!!

Overall experience of dine in ..just fair..
