The Bakers/Restaurant is located near Thiruvalla Muncipal Ground. It can be easily located from the Thiruvalla-Kozhencherry road. There is a parking lot as well.
All sort of bakery items like burger, sandwiches, halwa, mixtures etc are available here. The quality of foods available here are very good. You can buy a ready made cake or order a cake and it will be made real time in front of you in 20 mins. Some of the available flavours include Red Velvet, Black/White forest, Vancho and Chocolate Truffle. Burgers and Sandwiches are made real time too and I must say those are real good.
All the bakery items are very tasty eventhough it's a bit costly when compared to the competitors.
The AC restaurant is located at the first floor. Even there are so many items available in the menu most of it are not available there.
The service person in restaurants are not so professional and friendly (atleast in my experience). The food is really tasty and of good quality. I once had a bad experience though. The Chicken Kadai I ordered was under cooked.
Dont order soups as it literally sucks! I think a novice can make soup much better than the one available here. I would personally suggest not to order soup here. On the other hand starters like chicken 65, chicken lollipop are very crispy and tasty.

If we you plan to go to the restaurant after 9 PM it would be really a bad decision and experience for you. I am mentioning this due to my personal experience which I came across not once but thrice. At sharp 10 PM the tandoori counter and kitchen will be closed and even if you try to place an order the typical response will be sorry nothing is available as the chefs have left the...
Read moreI recently visited K R Bakers Restaurant in Thiruvalla with my family. We deliberately chose to walk in wearing simple attire and opted for non-AC seating to gauge the staff's behavior. Initially, the ambiance was welcoming, but things took a turn when the waiter directed us to the top-floor AC banquet. When we politely declined and requested to be seated on the ground floor instead, his demeanor changed abruptly. He seemed dismissive and provided misleading information about our requests. What struck me as particularly concerning was the differential treatment. The same waiter was courteous with other customers, but his behavior towards us was rude and indifferent. I couldn't help but wonder if our attire or the Bible my in-laws were carrying influenced his attitude. When we asked for basic requests, they seemed unavailable or were served with a noticeable lack of enthusiasm. The plates were almost thrown onto our table, and when we asked for more water, the response was curt and unwelcoming. As someone from the service industry, I understand the importance of treating every customer with respect and dignity, regardless of their appearance or background. With that in mind, I'm giving this restaurant 1 stars. While it has potential, the experience fell short due to the staff's behavior. I hope they take this feedback constructively and strive to improve their service. I'll consider visiting again in the future. We would have left right then, but we decided to wait and see if he would become polite. However, the way we were treated was very disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend this place for families.

Read moreI was told that this place was amazing so the level of expectation was already there and I was shocked in terms of what's was served. We were a group of 4 and had ordered the schezwan fried rice CHICKEN, mixed non veg noodles, chicken 65 to start with. The fried rice was horrible to the point where we left it on our plate as there was no point even trying. The rice was burnt and there was hardly any schezwan flavoring either. The mixed non veg noodles had only chicken and a lot of burnt eggs. Again inedible. We decided maybe it's what we ordered and then asked the waiter to serve us a fast moving dish at their end and we opted for the pepper chicken gravy. It was alright and honestly this was probably the only thing that we ended up liking it.
As a review, maybe try not ordering anything which is of a different cuisine and maybe stick with the traditional dishes as you might have a better chance of liking what you're being served.
From my experience, it was an absolute waste of money and don't think I would recommend this place. It does not live up to the hype. You're probably better off spending that money on something else you're familiar with.
