I recently visited the Domino’s outlet located in the Howrah Station food court and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing.

We opted for the ₹99 four-item value meal which we had enjoyed on a previous visit. However, this time the taste had significantly deteriorated. The food felt bland and lacked the freshness or flavor Domino’s is usually known for. What added to the poor experience was the staff’s insistence that we order the ₹125 meal instead, which included a small, tasteless chocolate dessert that we neither wanted nor enjoyed. In fact, they outright refused to accept our ₹99 order initially, which felt like an unnecessary push for upselling rather than customer service.

We placed two identical meal orders but surprisingly, they didn’t serve them together. One came much earlier while we had to wait for the second without any explanation. Coordination and basic service timing seemed to be completely missing.

To be fair, the cold drink machine was not functioning, and they compensated by providing small Coca-Cola bottles, which we appreciated. However, even basic items like tissues had to be requested multiple times. Unlike other Domino’s outlets where tissues, seasonings, and extras are provided proactively with the meal, this store was disorganized and inattentive in that regard.

Overall, the unprofessional behavior of the staff, the decline in food quality, and poor service standards left us very disappointed. This outlet needs serious improvement in both food and customer service to match the brand expectations...

This dominoes experience was very bad they charge more than the menu prices, and then the counter lady added extra things as a "combo" without telling us prior, and the price increased.. When i asked her that why is the price in the bill higher than the menu prices, she replied the menu prices are only for "show". and when she gave us the order, she didnt even give us the whole bill it was only a small part of it, i had to go myself and ask for the whole bill and only then she gave it to us... and yess the most important thing, even after all this i found a small hair on the pizza like wth , we have never had such a experience in any other branch. Counter lady failed to communicate well and acted like there was no fault from their side when we inquired. When we pointed out the mistake she apologized...

⭐☆☆☆☆ Highly disappointing experience at this Domino’s outlet.

I ordered the 5-Course Golden Corn Meal (₹149 combo), which clearly includes:

Golden Corn Pizza

Creamy Meltz

Crispy Veg Bites

Pepsi

Choco Bomb

However, the Choco Bomb was not provided, and when I asked about it, the staff blatantly lied saying “prices have increased” and it's no longer included. This is completely false—the Domino’s app still shows the Choco Bomb as part of the meal. I was charged full price but didn’t get what I paid for.

This kind of dishonesty and poor customer service is unacceptable. Either update your menu or train your staff properly. Feels like a scam.

Would not recommend this outlet unless they fix...
