It was a bad day for us as the restaurant had very less service staff.The food quality was subpar, with tasteless dishes that were poorly presented. The service was extremely slow, with waitstaff appearing indifferent to customer needs, leaving us frustrated and dissatisfied. To make matters worse, the payment process took an unusually long time, and even after multiple promises, the refund for the delay never materialized. This experience left me thoroughly disillusioned with the restaurant's management and their lack of accountability. This delay in refunding the amount has left me dissatisfied and questioning the restaurant's commitment to customer service. Worst service ever. We went on Sunday with family. We ordered our food at around 8.30 and we waited for literally 9.30 then a hakka noodles came 1 out of many items in 1 hour. And i ordered jain hakka noodles ( without onion garlic) as someone in my family doesn't eat onion garlic due to religious purpose, but see what the gakka noodles had Onion. What if she had eaten that? We literally walked out of the restaurant as more than 1 hour and no starter also, paid the bill of hakka noodles and went out. Wait I forgot to mention about the food. It was so bad.

PATHETIC!! very poor quality and service by the restaurant. We have ordered Chana Masala and rhey have literally given us the regular chola sabji which we eat with kulcha on the street, the prices of the dishes are way too high because they are giving you the street quality.
