Agra Mithai Vatika — Restaurant in Hyderabad

After ordering, the service is slow. Customers have to wait for the order. I ordered lassi and waiters were fighting with each other who is going to make lassi. This way customers have to wait for lot of time due to slow service to customers. I waited for almost 20 mins to get my lassi. After one waiter made my lassi, I had to wait for the lassi because the waiters were having ego problem who is going to give lassi on the table. Very pathetic waiters. I don't know the owner does not care about it how customers...

Very disappointing experience.The staff’s behavior was extremely rude. The lucci we ordered was prepared with expired curd, and when we raised the issue, the owner refused to replace it or offer any alternative. Went here for Breakfast and Liked the place

Pros: Location is good Food is tasty Snack & Sweet options are a lot Service is also good Pricing is good ( except tea)

Cons: Parking is a hasle ( if you have a car) Noisy place cant eat in silence I was not very happy with the hygine of the breakfast staff
