Seventh Heaven Family Restaurant & Bar — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Hey there! So, I recently visited this restaurant and I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with the service. The main issue was the excessive amount of time it took for them to serve the food. It felt like forever! I mean, I understand that good food takes time, but this was just excessive.

To be honest, it made me feel neglected as a customer. It seemed like the staff was more focused on other things rather than attending to the customers' needs. It's frustrating when you're hungry and eagerly waiting for your meal, only to see others who arrived later getting served before you.

I believe that good customer service is an essential part of a dining experience, and unfortunately, this restaurant fell short in that aspect. It's important for restaurants to strike a balance between preparing quality food and ensuring prompt service.

I have been visiting this place from past few years so the old restaurant I know was very unique and having a good staff and a happening place the but nowadays the service is very slow people lost interest in this place as the food taste become completely average. Coming to the bar menu they have hardly only one to two varieties of beer and very few varieties of whiskey. Budweiser will always only be restrained to menu not only that they always have only KF and some times Tuborg strong that it. Something management has to look in to and improve the quality of food otherwise soon it will become a den. People who wants to have some foreign liquor 🥃 I seriously do not recommend this anymore. If you going for brunch or dinner just order the regular items otherwise you will regret!!💁. So coming to ambience it isn’t changed much from old days to now same Outside hut with mosquitoes and inside dining with three variations sections...

Worst part is the waiters at this restaurant.

They are drunk.

Never ever in my life saw the staff drunk and taking orders. They are in some other nashaaa..

They don't know what we order and by the time they bring dishes and if we ask what item is that. They simply say we don't know. They don't know difference between veg and non veg items.

I didn't understand the restuarant name at first. Staff are at seventh heaven and the people who visit this restuarant will experience seventh hell.

Please please please avoid this restuarant . You can all my reviews previously and this is first time with utter disappointment I am writing...
