I am a frequent customer at Sri Krishna Sweets and have enjoyed their delectable sweets numerous times. The Mysorepa is undoubtedly a highlight for me, and the Malai Barfi I purchased during my last visit was exceptionally good. However, I would like to suggest that the customer service could be improved. The staff should be trained to better understand and cater to customer needs. During my visits, I found it challenging to communicate my preferences, such as requesting that the Mysorepa be cut for distribution, as the staff seemed unresponsive. April 2025:

We wanted a 4-5 kg "cake" made out of Badam halwa for our daughter's first birthday celebration.

We thought it will be just a lump as shown in the shop

But to our pleasure and surprise. It was delivered like a cake with saffron decoration. Made specially from coimbatore.

The staff were really helpful and cooperative.

As known Mysore Pak is famous in Sri Krishna . I visited Sri Krishna sweets at Ameerpet branch on 6/11/2017 , and taken Half kg packs of two . (500grms +38grms of box weight = 538grms . Instead of that I got , 438 grms . for two packs I lost 200 grms . Casually I checked , that means daily much ??? the management does this or the staff.... What ever consumer is...
