Excellent food , service and ambience. Went to celebrate a special occasion with friends and family.

Was trying this restaurant for first time. Liked the unique items on the menu and ambience from the Google reviews.

Popular North Indian and South Indian menu items were there in both veg and non veg. But we tried the authentic recipes from the Royal kitchens of Kakatiyas. Pepper chicken Soup was good. Pepper chicken was the best that I had in my life and Palnadu Chicken Pulao was tasty but bit spicy.

Staff was friendly and noticed we were struggling because of spices and offered a complimentary scoop of Vanilla ice cream for the kids. Awesome experience overall, everyone enjoyed the visit.

It was not crowded . Abundant parking in both the under ground parking and off street parking....

We had bad experience with the Owner/Manager. We ordered veg Manchow soup, it was too salty, we sent it back. Manchow soup cameback but it was too salty too. we sent it back again. we said we don't want it anymore. They billed for manchow soup which we never ate. Owener got into argument with us and was not accepting that the dish was bad , chef came and said its little salty, infact it was same as firsttime. When we spoke to the Owner about the bill which we did not eat, he got angry and was not ready to accept any money and asking us walk free. we ended up paying finally as we did not want to eat for free. we tipped the server the amount of Veg manchow soup telling him we don't care for that amout, we would be happy if the restaurant cared for customer satisfaction. We went to kakatiya restaurant (Wipro circle) last night (27th March, 2023), ordered chicken fry piece biryani. We found that rice is very hard, dry and very cold. We asked them why is the biryani too cold. To my surprise, the waiter answered "Biryani ekkada kuda hot ga undadhu kadha sir". I was shocked on hearing this. He himself suggesting us to order curry and roti but we came for biryani. We left the place immediately.

Please don't make excuses, value the customers, make sure the food is fresh and hot. I request not to take any action on waiters working there,I just wanted to make sure not to repeat it again to anyone. You'll lose the credibility and trust
