Visited a couple months ago.

Food: 1/5, Burger was absolutely trash, extreme unholy amounts of mayonnaise, with one slice of onion and one slice of tomato, there wasn’t any patty but small chopped pieces of protein. Any small local bakery can serve a better burger.

Coffee was very bad, they use an all in one coffee maker and use some cheap stale beans, the coffee tasted really bad.

Service: 1/5 I had a single burger and coffee, and they added 10% service charge 😂. It took them 10min to serve me the burger and another 20min to serve the coffee, I even asked them to cancel the coffee, they were incompetent to make a single cup of coffee and a simple burger. And then they have the audacity to add 10% service charge on the bill for a single seat and two items.

Atmosphere: 3/5 The atmosphere is good, the tables and chairs have good asthetic, the washroom/washbasin was dirty.

Will never visit again. Please avoid if you want to drink a decent...

Ambience looked like nice and cozy from outside. Food is just average but the hospitality and neatness is worst. We were seated on a table near the counter and as there was no AC their is a huge fan blowing the hot and spiced air from the kitchen. My eyes turned red and when I went to pay the bill suddenly hot pepper went into my 2 year old baby's eyes. There is no place to wash hands too.. I need to rush into the kitchen to use the tap water to clean his eyes. And the staff sit still like rock with no reaction... Also they write on a piece of paper and give as bill.. Worst experience ever!! In an area where people shop and come to relax, but this is not a right...

The place is secluded from the hustle bustle of the road. Offers great ambience and seating facility. The only tried their "Universal food" menu section which offered Pastas, Pizzas, Burgers and different sides. The quantity and rates are reasonable. Taste was average as compared to the price point. The service was on time too during the rush hours. The waiters were quite misguided about some of the items when asked and pushed us to order things that they thought it was good even after ordering something else, whether it was due to any menu item shortage which they wanted to cover or something else. Overall the experience was better...
