Worst Dining Experience Ever 1/5 stars We visited [The Camp] last night and were thoroughly disappointed. The service was abysmal, with our server seemingly uninterested in attending to our needs. Orders were mixed up, and requests for refills or condiments were met with a sigh.
The food was equally unimpressive. Overcooked, underseasoned, and presented with no attention to detail. We ordered [specific dishes], which were supposed to be their specialties, but they tasted like bland, mass-produced fare.
However, the real issue was the management's attitude. When we politely expressed our concerns, we were met with defensiveness and dismissal. No apologies, no offers to rectify the situation, and no interest in our feedback.
Given the subpar experience, we wouldn't recommend The Camp to anyone. The lack of accountability and customer care is staggering. Until they revamp their service and food quality, we'll be taking our business elsewhere.
Suggestions for Improvement: Train staff on attentive service and basic hospitality Revise menu to focus on flavor and presentation Management should prioritize customer feedback and...
Read more"I had a good experience at The Camp! Located on the top floor, this place offers a nice mix of both AC and non‑AC seating in which AC accommodation needs to be reserved, making it comfortable for everyone. The atmosphere is calm, spacious and very well maintained, which makes it perfect for hanging out with friends, family or even for a relaxed evening.
One thing to keep in mind is that on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings the place gets quite busy and lively, so it’s a good idea to reserve a table in advance if you plan to visit during those times. The order needs to be put through scanning QR code but sometimes it doesn't work so by scanning the code on table we can see the Menu and it's price afterwards we can call the waiter and put an order. The outside seating is pleasant, though in the evenings it can be a little dimly lit, which gives it a cozy vibe but might not be everyone’s preference.
The staff are polite, attentive and very helpful, which adds to the overall positive experience. Overall, The Camp is a great spot to spend time, enjoy good company, and soak in the relaxed ambience and well maintained. Definitely...
Read morerecently visited The Camp Hyd in Abids and it’s quite the rooftop gem! Perched on the 9th floor of Triveni Complex, the panoramic views of Hyderabad—especially as the sun dips—were simply stunning.
The ambiance perfectly blends indoor chic and open-air cool. Indoors, it’s cozy and stylish—great for a low-key catch-up. Outdoors, the city skyline twinkles beneath starlit skies—ideal for those dreamy evening vibes.
The menu covers everything from cocktails to Continental, Indian, and seafood plates. Great for drinks and social evenings.
Live music? Yes, that’s another highlight. They often feature Bollywood-style performances that ramp up the energy and make the experience feel festive.
But it's not all perfect—some guests reported disappointing food and slow service. One review frankly stated: “Just for drinks, yes… for food, a BIG NO.”
Bottom line: This spot is a fantastic choice for drinks, views, and vibe—especially for romantic dates or hanging out with friends. If you're hunting for outstanding food, maybe temper your...
