Bhavani Fast Food Pure Veg — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I'm the customer of this restaurant for past 7-8 years but recently in November 2022, there was cockroach found in the fried rice, called owner Damoder more than 2 times but he is not caring, his son was better to respond and said he will refund but he has no answer to maintain hygiene food. Earlier also we had similar issues but we left it as its common but this time I said that I will never come to this restaurant again. I order dosa idly from this restaurant and most of the time their chutney is not good. It's spoiled/stale food also sometimes they send uncooked idly hard and cold. Never send fresh or hot food.
