Pista House is a well-known name when it comes to a wide variety of food options—from snacks and starters to full-fledged meals. However, it’s important to note that this particular outlet exclusively serves bakery items.

That said, the bakery options here are nothing short of impressive. They have a crazy variety of cakes and pastries, perfect for anyone with a sweet tooth. From classic chocolate truffle to fruit-based delights, the display alone is enough to tempt you.

If you’re looking for something on the savory side, don’t miss their burgers and fries—they’re surprisingly good for a bakery-only outlet and make for a satisfying quick bite.

One unique offering here is the made-to-order or assembly-line style salad. While this is a great concept, I’d strongly recommend letting the man at the counter guide you if you’re new to it. I tried making one myself and ended up with a not-so-great combo 😔. Lesson learned!

Also, if you’d rather sit and enjoy your food, they have a dine-in option available on the 1st floor, which is clean, comfortable, and a nice escape from the usual takeaway rush.

In short, this outlet is a great pick if you’re in the mood for baked treats, quick savory snacks, or a customized salad (with a little help). A perfect spot for a light meal, sweet indulgence, or to relax upstairs...

If there's a place I would advise fellow foodies to stay away from, it has to be this. Average food with a customer service so pathetic that can't be put in words.

Incidence -

One fine day, we went there to dine. Navigating the passage that leads to the eatery itself is a task in itself. We get there and wait. We wait more. We wait some more. Some more waiting and waiting and waiting. After almost 30 minutes when we ran out of patience, we asked a guy cleaning the glass windows whether there is a concept of menu in this restaurant or not . He gave a look as if we have asked some sort of nuclear code. He grabs a copy of menu and gives us it in a fashion which almost felt like throwing. We ignore and went ahead to choose the dishes. Another 10 minutes and no one comes to ask for the order. Without saying a word, we leave. Please, don't go there. It's a degrading experience.

The big bearded angry-faced salafi-looking guy sitting at the counter threw my debit card on the counter when it failed the transaction, may be based on my simple black clothing he might have assumed something. I controlled my anger and immediately paid the cash with patience.. What if I had thrown the money the same way to him?

The management can check the CCTV camera at counter between morning 11 to 12 noon on May 28, 2019, but I think the management might think " just don't care, it's just one customer, we have 1000s of customers..."

But always remember that arrogant staff like this will snatch one customer after another and soon u will see the negative impact and it will be too late to weed out the bad...
