Biryani Culture — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I ordered Paneer Kaju Biryani and delivered in no time. After unpacking the dish I found that there only 3 r 4 half pieces of kaju in it. So I wanted to inform the restaurant and called them and response was so surprising he told me that in your NEXT ORDER we'll send more kaju's 😂 his response was so rude that I have to cut the call.Later started eating it and rice was breaking into pieces found out that rice was stale. If stale rice was found on Sundays 🙄 what about weekdays then 🥺 later I throwed this rice into kamod. I took PIC of rice put into KAMOD. As I don't want to further tarnish their reputation im NOT POSTING THE PIC.If they don't want to resolve issue or change their behaviour I will post the pic after couple...

The first thing is that the raita is not spicy enough. Even the salan is sweet. Not spicy enough for my liking

I ordered veg biryani, paneer 65 biryani, and egg biryani. Veg biryani and egg biryani was very good 8/10, but the paneer 65 was lacking. It just tasted spicy with not much flavour and there were 10 times more curry leaves than paneer. 4/10

The packaging was exceptional. Usually the raita and salan would leak. The boxes are good quality.

Not bad would eat again.

Loved the biryani

I ordered for a party mutton dum biryani for 25 members. It was sufficient for 35+ members with good Appetite. they should introduce Mutton Dum Biryani for regular orders. It will compete the Hyderabad’s famous biryanis like Paradise, Shahghouse, pista house, manful and others
