The store is mainly to sell their coffee powders and I'm someone who enjoys pure coffee without chicory. So I purchased Nova therm, which is their 100% coffee. While the quality and the roast seem to be good, it lacks freshness as it is packed at least 2 weeks before they sell it here. Service is very bad, rude, staff working with bad attitude. They spend more time on phone than serving customer. They dont request instead they order customers to throw the empty cups in the bin. Yesterday evening which was 21/3/24 a boy and a girl working, they were just chit chatting instead of serving customers, both are rude. I guess they like to just sit and watch their phone or talking non sense...
