Collection O THE CROWN HOTEL — Hotel in Hyderabad

The place is not worthy of giving 1 star. Starting with the booking, they don't accept online booking even though they have posted their hotel in various online sites. They'll tell you to pay extra even though you have paid the legit price. Talking about the rooms, the AC room's windows are broken and it's easy for mosquitos, birds, bugs, etc to enter. You have to face the bed bugs and different types of biting insects(check image attached). Speaking of the washroom, mostly everything is broken and hard to access. Speaking of security, the door locks don't work and you have to struggle both to open and close. Talking about the staff over there, they don't respond properly and are not helpful. They ask for extra money for each and everything we ask for. Talking about the facilities (as mentioned in the booking), we were denied any. The complementary breakfast was not served and no complementary water bottles were given, we were asked to pay for everything. Even the toiletries were not provided.

Checkout time was not even lenient and we were asked to pay extra even if we delayed for 10 minutes.

Booked 5 rooms in three names (Hassanka, Manikandan ,Babu) for our family trip , through make my trip in the month of April . The experience from this hotel is horrible. They are showing some good pictures and giving some other damaged rooms to the customers . The condition of the room and bathroom are pathetic( pictures attaching) . Experience from the staff to the customers are some thing like behaving to beggars. Night shift staff committed for late check out and the morning staff, especially the lady who is sitting in front office is not even ready to hear what the other staff committed. As per her concerns no privileges for online booking customers. If it's true , then my question is why you are taking online booking. Her attitude to customers is very very bad and she is really dangerous to the hotel. Never ever recommend this property to anybody. The breakfast served was another issue, idly served was not cooked even after waiting for one hour. Other items served also bad.|Not...

Very poor services by Hotel Receptionist and staff. We were kept waiting for 1 hr even though we informed them 1 day earlier the arrival time. They told we will given the room the hotel next to them which was 300 meters away with our transportation cost. Breakfast was not provided even though its mentioned while in booking. Bed bugs are there on the bed .cockroaches are there in the room . Corridors are dirty with left over eaten utensils and used beds. Bathrooms are very dirty for use. Better not to fall for the 3 star hotel mentioned on the site.
