Brown Bear Bakers — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Worst ever bakers i have seen ever in hydeabad till now..ordered a themed cake of rs 8000/-. And 6kg cake

They did not do anything what we told them..

1st the theme and color was not at all delivered what we asked for.

2nd the major, the flavour of the cake was entirely different ..they sent us basic vanilla flavour we ordered honey almond and when asked they were bluffing us that everything what they delivered was correct and threatening us that whom so ever you want to compain...go and complain no idiot can do anything in the market to us..we are big players in the market they are saying.

Think twice before you put ur hard earned money and i strongly say this store should close as soon as possible..

Never go to this bakers...

I feel now any positive review in any platform is their own workers creating new accounts and posting the review...

There is no option of giving zero stars..i...

This place provides a wide range of food items. From pastries and cakes to pizzas and sandwiches. They are really tasty and yum! I always thought eggless cakes were less tasty but after tasting eggless cake here.. Oh god! I guess I'm always going to order eggless cakes from here and this place is my official favorite Baker point.. The place is good and furnished good. The service is nice and the servers there are really friendly and welcoming. But, if you are having a birthday bash and want to cake-face the birthday girl/boy then, you will have to take the cake somewhere else because there is no space there for large parties. And a sad thing is there is one washroom there upstairs but it stinks.. So, if you want to wash your cake face then, better go somewhere else. And according to the food here.. One of my favorites....

I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit at brown bear himayath nagar .The service was subpar, and the staff's negligence was appalling. Despite receiving my order receipt, they failed to pack the entire order. If I hadn't double-checked, I would have paid full price for a fraction of my order.

Issues: Inaccurate Order Fulfillment: The staff only packed the items that were handed to them, ignoring the rest of the order. Lack of Record Keeping: The staff did not keep accurate records of stocked items, leading to confusion and unfulfilled requests. Poor Communication: The staff failed to inform me about unavailable items, despite my multiple inquiries. While the food might be excellent, the service and staff are severely lacking. I hope management takes these...
