Firstly, let's start with the food. Pizza Hut is a well-the known chain that primarily serves pizza. However, the taste of the pizza was bad. This is concerning, as pizza is their specialty, and customers expect a high level of quality from the restaurant. If the pizza did not meet my expectations, it is likely that other customers also had a similar experience.

Furthermore, the prices were expensive. This can be disappointing, especially if the food did not meet my expectations. Customers expect to pay a fair price for the quality of food they receive. If the food is not up to par, then the high prices become even more of an issue.

Another factor was the rude staff. This is unacceptable behavior for any restaurant, and it can greatly impact the dining experience for customers. Friendly and helpful staff can enhance the overall experience, while rude and unhelpful staff can detract from it.

Finally, there was too much waiting time. This can be frustrating, especially if the restaurant is busy. However, it is important to note that some waiting time is expected at busy restaurants, and it is up to the restaurant to manage the flow of customers...

This arrogant guy in the picture doesn't wear mask and being very rude to us while ordering.

While trying to redeem the voucher this guy tried to mislead me by saying, voucher has been redeemed already, however when I showed him another voucher to redeem he said there is an issue with the system so we cannot redeem your voucher and started demanding cash directly without any further discussions.

We didn't get a bill after ordering, all we got is a receit of a token number & items ordered. After repeated complaints and followups with customer service they gave the bill at last.

Their menu is different to any other pizza hut menu'.

Very pathetic service. They don't serve you. They don't give tissue paper, ketchup, oregano and chilli. You have to search on tables or ask others to passon.

If you ask for tissue paper than they give you one or two only.

There are four AC but they switched off all. Unhealthy and uncomfortable ambience. Too much hot inside. Roadside pizza shops would be better than this outlet.

Pizza are blacked and burnt. No clean tables. Staff is rude and careless. They don't listen you.
