Dear Himayat Nagar Paradise Team,
I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent visit to your restaurant on [04/09/24] at 6:45 PM. Despite being a new customer, my experience was marred by inconsistent service and misleading offers.
Upon entering the restaurant, I noticed a promotional board advertising a "Buy 1 Get 1" offer, clearly stating that it was valid until 7 PM. However, when I inquired about the offer, the staff informed me that it was already over. I pointed out the board, which still displayed the offer time till 7pm, but the staff removed it from the table, effectively.
Furthermore, the food quality was not up to the mark. I ordered the Apollo Fish, priced at ā¹529, and my total bill Amount was ā¹:1061 which was served light warm, not hot. The Special Biryani and Double Ka Meeta were also not impressive.
The most disappointing aspect was the inconsistent communication regarding the offer. When I asked about the 3 PM to 7 PM offer at 6:45 PM, the staff claimed that the time was over, despite the board clearly stating otherwise.
I hope you will take my feedback seriously and address the following issues:
Ensure that promotional offers are communicated consistently and accurately. Improve food quality, particularly temperature control. Provide better staff training to handle customer inquiries and concerns. 4, Due to above reason's and ambiance may be I guess no one visiting this himayat nagar branch.
I hope to see improvements in my future visits. However, my experience today was disappointing, and I hope you will take necessary steps to rectify these...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe name "Paradise" meant good biryani in Hyderabad. But now it has stopped being that. The biryani is not as delicious as it used to be and that has become the case in several branches of Paradise and this branch is no exception.
We entered the restaurant and there is no one to show us seats or even take the order. It took us sitting for almost 20 mins idly in our seats and repeatedly asking staff if someone will take our order - to get our order in.
After taking order, it usually takes 10 or 15 mins for the order to arrive. Although it took a little longer than 20 mins...it was ok. That is until I tasted the biryani.
The chicken in the biryani was not tender. It felt as if it was not fresh. The mirchi ka salan gravy was good but still even that could not completely fulfill the shortcomings of the biryani. Biryani itself was quite bland.
Being a hyderabadi I know how paradise biryani tastes and how the service is. But the paradise I walked into this year across several branches has changed.
No good service, it takes forever to get your order in. Even after that, food takes a lot of time to arrive. Staff are either feeling pressured due to being shorthanded or are careless about the customers. Even to pay the bill I had to pursue the employees in other branches.
Is paradise still worth it? There are a lot of places in hyderabad that offer authentic tasty biryani with awesome service. If we are not getting all of that, then I am not sure if we as biryani lovers can still go to paradise. I hope the biryani taste improves and service...
