Here is my experience with Mirosa. We visited the cafe as it was in close proximity and there was heavy downpour. We placed our orders and as I was craving for indo-Chinese cuisine, I asked the server to get fried rice and chilly chicken , the server accepted the order without any statement and also repeated the order. Now when the order arrived I realised much to my surprise that they served the fried rice with just gravy filled with onion and capsicum without any chicken in it. Upon raising the complaint about the order and seeking to correct it, the server started asserting that it was our mistake and that we have ordered only gravy with nothing into it, to the point of becoming extremely rude and unprofessional. He had the audacity to ask us to leave if we can’t have it as he cannot change and rectify the order. We placed an alternative order, however another server came and asserted that the kitchen is closed and they cannot take any order….. Now comes the funny part, the server who primarily took our order came with the invoice where all the items that were not even served owing to ‘closing of kitchen’ was nicely billed to us. PS we didn’t even get water even after ordering the same and it was also billed. We raised the concern, to which he again came up with his rude demeanour asking us to pay immediately as they want to close the counter while we were still having our dinner. We called the floor manager and showed him the items served vis-à-vis the items billed to us, he murmured something to the servers and suddenly the item that was refused to us owing to ‘Kitchen Closing’ suddenly came to our table and it was not served, but rather dropped just to justify the bill. Now about the water, the server dropped a bottle of water which was absolutely warm. We asked for cold water to which he uttered that he cannot serve us cold water bottle of we want he can serve us ice to drink the water with. Upon refusing the same, with utmost arrogance he snatched the bottle away and it was the 5th instance of his misbehaviour. Upon calling the manager he also was about to play the same tune as his servers, trying to refute everything… So this is the standard of hospitality of a cafe in such prime location. This approach culminated to a perfect case of absolute deficiency of service in multiple ways. I have been utterly disgusted by the behavioural standards displayed by the team and definitely there’s no question to set foot into that cafe, but the management and owners should intervene and find out the core issues that’s making the staff render such behaviour to customers is they truly intend to keep running the cafe for a...
