Read moreHi,
This was my first hotel when I was a kid and this was one of my favourite. But with yesterday experience it's not more in my togo list. I have been to minerwa coffee shop, himayatnagar yesterday with my husband and kid. Experience there was not so really good. We ordered one plate idli, Manchuria, jeera rice and butter paneer masala. Sambar was not really that good as it used to be, it was just sweet. I was shocked when I tasted it. Butter paneer masala when it came, paneer pieces was all crumbled and it was not at all good in taste. When I said the waiter he took it inside and didn't do much change and got it back. Seeing it I understood they haven't changed it. When I said to get the check and for remittance I asked for Paytm/gpay option the one who took the order simply said we don't have that option and said to pay either in cash or card. But I remember minerwa have the option of QR code. They were so lethargic to get the machine and give the QR code and made me go to the counter to do the payment stating there would be connectivity issues at the table. Entrance of the restaurant was so dirty and it looks restaurant is over staffed. More than customers you will see the waiters.
Suggestions Please upgrade yourself as per the latest technology and give option to the customers to do payment in a way they want to Please look after the ambience , the water comes from the AC, floors are not tidy. Nothing interesting for the kids, please keep crayons and paper for the kids. Experience in the hotel shall be overwhelming not to be felt...
