Café Coffee Day — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Coffee was great.

I went to the place and ot was full. I could not see any social distancing happening.

But i found one corner and sat down.

When i went to the counter to order, they asked to to wait as they were busy making previous order. Which was fine. They informed 👍

After 10mins they came to me and asked me to come and order.

I ordered 2 Coffees. The coffee was too good.

One problem was. The outlet was full. Not even a single chair was empty but customers were not making a lot of sound but the employees working there were talking soo loud that it was hard for us to hear what we were...

I been to the CC Day located in the ground floor of White house building in Begumpet on 26th Feb around 6.30pm and experienced the poor response from the lady present in the counter. She was manipulating by indirectly trying to add more items in the bill unnecessarily. I had to request her directly to just make the bill what I ordered. Then she was rude her responses to few thing I was asking about order and was not cooperating. Very bad experience and not recommended the...

Thr one star is because the ladies behind the counter don't follow proper masking. Their mask is always around the chin while dealing with their customers or preparing the coffee...why does CCD have such a big "Covid safety" poster if they can't follow the minimum basic proper masking???I am a long time customer of their franchise and love their tropical iceberg and snacks but will not be returning to this...
