Koliba Bar and Cafe — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Dear Koliba Bar & Cafe,

I recently visited your establishment yesterday 31/12/2024 yesterday and had an unexpectedly poor experience. I would like to bring a few key issues to your attention in hopes that improvements can be made.

Food Quality: The dishes served were not up to standard. Not only did we not receive what we ordered, but the food we did receive was burnt and entirely unappetizing. We ordered for Cheese Fries at 8:30 we got it at 10 PM. I have ordered for Green Salad at 9 PM I have never got that order until closing. The food was all salty - we had to ask to clean the table multiple times and waiters didn't know what they were doing even if it wasn't much of a crowd on a Monday.

Service: Despite it being a weekday with minimal rush, the service was unusually slow. This added to the frustration as we had to wait much longer than expected.

This experience was quite disappointing, as I had heard good things about your restaurant and was looking forward to dining there. I believe that feedback helps businesses grow, and I hope you take this constructively to ensure a better experience for your customers in the future.

1 star for food is just because of quality they are Maintaining. I got a piece of plastic in the Food. When I informed to the management, they said it's just a small mistake and they just cancelled that particular item only in the bill. I said that it's their mistake but still they are not ready to apologize or give us any discount. What if I ate that paper by mistake? Is this the maintenance that you take care of? When it is mistake from your side, you should atleast give some compensation. In fact, if any food inspector visits the place, he can easily sue the place. When you commit a mistake (Even it is unknowingly), its your responsibility to give total compensation for the bill or atleast the compensation which customer (I asked for 10% off) asks for in the total bill. Please take a deep look before having food as I don't think they took my complaint as serious. In that case, atleast manager would have attended this issue personally and would have apologized. People who are feeding kids, please have a look in the food for plastic or any unwanted or dangerous items might have mixed in the food before...

You enjoy a Peaceful place with a great ambience.? Koliba is a must visit place for the same. It's ambience, it's peace, the food and not to forget their Cocktails 🍸🍹 all were so good 👏💯 Service is also good.

The pool side ambience is a relaxing place to have 🔥for me (being a water baby) their pool side setup is the reason to visit the Place again 😁

The Food which we had included :

Sides/ Starters: • Cherry, cheese and pineapple sticks - (I don't remember the exact name) I tried this combo for the very first time but it was yumm 😋 • Paneer Starters - Tender, fresh and tasty😋 • Masala Papad - Yummy, but need to completely quick😂 otherwise it will become soggy. • Roasted Papad - Nice 👍

Main course : • Butter Naan - It was soft and perfectly cooked. • Paneer butter masala - Delicious 💯 • Dal fry - Taste buds Satisfying 😜 • Sambar rice - Unexpectedly wonderful 👏

Drinks : • Cosmopolitan - Good 👍 • Margarita - I somehow didn't liked it much 😅 • Beer - Regular 😂
