Posting on behalf of a friend that I went with to ccd Hyderguda. I can't believe the behaviour of the staff at the front desk. She goes by the name of some Prayisini Deepa (I'm not completely sure of the name). I went to the coffee day outlet for a quick cup of coffee, but really had to use the washroom first. So I went up to this person and asked for the washroom. She thinks I was some freeloader trying to make a washroom visit, and goes on to tell me that the washroom wasn't working because there was no water. I knew she was lying as she very hesitant while telling me this. I asked to use the mirror instead and went inside the washroom only to notice everything was working perfectly. I went outside and asked her for a feedback form, and she blatantly said "No" in an unruly tone. I asked for the manager and she again says there isn't one. Everything about her body language was so rude. Rolling her eyes, giving me one word answers in a harsh tone. I was very upset by this and called their customer care then and there and they gave me the number of a Mr. Arun, area manager, whose didn't pick up my call either. When confronted about the lie that the washroom had no water, only then she proceeds to tell me that "the washroom is for ccd customers only". I asked her if that was the only problem, and I bought my coffee, and gave it her. I didn't even drink anything for myself. Just because I asked for the washroom first she assumed I was some freeloader that wanted to use their washroom. When I genuinely wanted a coffee but just had to use the washroom first. I understand ccd doesn't run a public washroom service and she should know a customer knows that, or if she doesn't, she must at least ask the customer to buy something. I wish to bring this to the notice of ccd executives because this type of behavior in such a good company is a shame. I wouldn't recommend going here to be...

Read moreYet again, another pathetic Cafe Coffee Day experience.
The chilli cheese toast and choco fantasy turned out to be stale and when I asked the barista about it, he said “it comes like that only”. The staff is either not trained or they just dont care. Says a lot about the establishment.
Overcoming this disaster, had ordered iced mocha and iced cappuccino. No prize for guessing - they were equally worse - watery to the core and bland. No taste of coffee at all. Such an irony! There’s coffee in their name but not in their coffee.
Never visiting this...
