Swathi Veg Restaurant — Restaurant in Hyderabad

The place was cozy, the food was ok but the waiters over there are just pathetic.. we went and sat down to order and he was literally ordering us where to sit, they can tell where to sit but there is a way and they just looked like they had no training on how to deal with customers. When we finally sat down according to the waiter orders, and when were discussing to order, he was there the whole time beside the table just yelling that item is not available, not even this, if you want to order only from these four if you want, we don't have anything else. If you didn't have anything else, you can say politely instead of yelling to the customer. The worst experience with the service ever. Hated the waiters there coz of their attitude and just couldn't even enjoy the food. When you ask them to turn on a/c he said , if you want a/c sit in a different place, the place your sitting we just cannot on it. While the a/c was just above us....

We went to eat in hyderguda and have ordered rasam idly. We got the food served with hair. When we went to the manager and showed it to him, he changed the plate and got new food. The second time, after eating half an idly, I got a steel scrub string in my mouth. I didn't understand what was pinching me as it got stuck to my jaw. I spit the food out and then, took out and washed the scrub string and showed it to the manager. Instead of apologizing, the guy said that he would give me a refund. The taste is good, which is why we go there, but someone has to monitor how they are cleaning and how the food is getting served. We as the costumers shouldn't encourage businesses like this. I recommend everyone to please monitor what they r eating and please share your opinion and let them know that things like this are not accepted. People have to stand up and complain to the management. Please do...

I know this restaurant since 2005, it's long time because of it's great taste.. I have gone recently to have the same experiance again there and fortunately the food was just good but not great as how I was experiencing it long time back. The service was not good and they were not willing to give one tumbler of Hot water - this is just a basic ask if someone has issues with throat.. a big restaurant can't even afford to give a cup of Hot water? Come on.. this is NOT the Swati we have known way back at 2005.

Let Swati know this feedback and let them not make another customer suffer like me if they wish to search and come to this restaurant with a belief that food and service will be good, because they will end up in great...
