Unfortunately, the individuals who consumed the cake experienced food poisoning as a result. It is important to note that only those who consumed the cake were affected and subsequently required hospitalization.

I feel compelled to bring this matter to your attention because neither Swiggy nor CakeZone have taken responsibility for the incident. It appears that they are endangering public health by distributing stale and expired products. This negligence is unacceptable, as it puts the well-being of individuals at risk.

I urge everyone to exercise caution when ordering food through Swiggy or any other delivery service. It is crucial to be aware of the quality and freshness of the items being delivered. Our health should never be compromised, and we must hold companies accountable for their actions.

Taste was worst, I have ordered for red velvet 500 grams cake. But they have delivered the stock cake. The smell was literally worst and we couldn't even taste a single bite of it. Omg...what kind of looting is this. How come they deliver the stock one. In swiggy they mentioned it will be prepared after the order got confirmed. But they literally delivered 1 to 2 days stock cake which is really unacceptable. Money is not at all a concern for me, but the way they delivered the stock one made me to realise the quality of cake zone items. So guys if you want to celebrate any occasion, please don't choose cake zone as it will for sure disappoint you.
