Townhouse NTR Nagar Bus Terminal Formerly Surabhi Elite — Hotel in Hyderabad

Excellent place for eating out. Dark shades interiors. Starters are tasty. Curries not too spicy. It has great vie of metro trains running on tracks. Kids will love such views. Prices more than moderate. This place offers takeaways very promptly with nice packaging. The top floor of this place has bar where you can enjoy your drink in an open to air ambience. The bar is nicely decorated and is worth a visit. Parking is ample at this place. Staff is courteous and efficient. This place also has banquet hall and the halls are well furnished. The only little downside is that toilets may be kept a bit more up to date though they are not bad at all. Quality of restrooms may be improved a little.

The theme of interiors is dark color based. But the theme is well though out and neatly implemented. It doesn't interfere with you and is more in background. There is fish tank but needs to be maintained better. Served portion of any dish is more than adequate for one person. If there are two people with moderate appetite then one dish can be adequate for two people. Starters are nicely decorated. In fact food presentstion is one of the positive points...

Worst service I've never seen before..I visited restaurant with family and ordered drumsticks, waiter brought 7pices in the plate, when I asked him that I will get 8 pieces why you brought only 7? He replied you will get 7 or 8 pieces, that's what I asked why not 8 and why 7, later he is asking me ' Sir if you want that one piece I will bring' I was wondering, I am regular customer to surabhi and I will always order drumsticks regularly, later he brought one piece on demand, and they are not taking care about table and serving, mostly hotel management are concentrating on big orders table, never visit again any more...1star rating is also waste, and taste is very bad, biryani...

This place is similar to Surabhi Grand, may these both are under same tree. You can the similar format of convention hall and restaurant floors. Even though it is placed on main road, couldn't figure out the parking area or the actual main entrance (no sign of valet parking either). Lighting was bit low, felt like a bar than a restaurant, it impacted the ambiance.
