Barbeque Nation - Kothapet — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I am giving a genuine review. Parking:Underground parking was their which is quite comfortable. Location:Easy to identify Ambience:fine and decent Staff:Gentle and polite AC:very poor AC conditions was their in this restaurant,they should maintain a constant coolness. Food:Not upto mark,see the list below what we have ate and their rating. Chicken: all the starters in chicken are fine,but some pieces was not cooked well,chef should use the brain,before serving to the customers. Prawns:utterflop(daridram),not at all cooked they just kept a layer of chilli paste and served directly. Fish:Average. Mutton:Seek kabab is fine,but mutton curry is not cooked well and the pieces are too much fibrous,which is not at all good for consumption,all the mutton should serve to the chef who prepared this bakwaas item. Biryani(special mention):Chiken biryani is with full of masala and its a average dish here.Mutton biryani is worst of all the dishes in this store,nobody is eating the mutton biryani because of bad taste. Mutton Haleem:Why you damage the reputation of famous dish in hyderabad,remove the dish from your list. Salads:Some salads are fine and few salads are bad in taste. Fruits: pineapple was not served,all other fruits are fine. Sweets:One of the satisfied item in this store is gulabjam and the moongdal sweet is poor in taste and payasam is fine. Pastry/cakes:They are providing very few varities in this section and the taste is average. Icecream: Providing two types of icecream i.e vanilla and straw berry.Different types of kulfis are fine. Live counters:Very less number of items were their in live counters and the chilli chicken taste is also not that much great. Plate size is very small,even we cant keep two spoons of biryani in that plates,you people feel that you are playing a smart strategy but its a poor strategy. No complementary juice was provided in this restuarent. As we went during sunday ,so with taxes the cost per person is 1100,but this is not worthy,may be i am disppointing the staff but its my duty to give genuine review. Overall i can say,it may not be bad to everyone,but what i feel is,they should maintain the quality for such price,you can decrease the items,but provide easily chewable and digestable...

This is one of my many visits to this joint. With every visit to BBQN Kothapet, My dining experience here has only gotten better.

This time it was Avjit, Gaurav and Justin who were taking care of our table. Thank you guys, you have made our dining experience a pleasurable one. I rate Barbeque nation Kothapet as one of my best places. (See my review of other locations and you can understand why).

I highly recommend this Barbeque nation restaurant joint for your next dine out.

My favourite grills are prawns, mushroom, fish and paneer.

Food : 4/5 : BBQ Prawns and Mushrooms are my favourites and they never disappoint me anywhere. These are the simplest to marinate and grill..and BBQ nation does a good job. Other BBQ meats and veggies are also good. I normally avoid having the regular/main course at these BBQ restaurants and i will advise you to do the same. If you really want roti, rice, biryani dal and curries..go to other restaurants that serve them... since BBQ restaurants are known for the grilled stuff..i only go for them... The only complaint i have with BBQ kothapet is the absence of beer as a complementary drink...but i was still ok with their signature mojito mocktail.

Parking space 3/5 : i went on (an uneventful) Thursday evening to BBQ kothapet but still had to struggle a bit to get my car parked...i can imagine it would be much tougher on a weekend!

Ambience 4/5 : Decent and comfortable for a family guy like me. All the staff were super friendly and courteous, and the customers toi were a decent lot... couldn't ask for a better evening ambience.

Eazydiner app gave me a handsome discount....so we had paid the price of 2 diners and we were 3 in all.

Overall, it was a great experience. Family Came back home feeling happy and full.

A second visit a month later and the experience continues to be excellent.. Keep it up BBQ...

Today me with my office frnz went to this amazing barbeque place called barbeque nation. We went to Kothapet branch and the place is really so cool. So there you get buffet stuff - per person it costs around 700 and with taxes it would be like 800. And you will have veg and non veg buffet. So this buffet is not like all restaurant going and serving all items for ourselves. It's totally a different style of restaurant. Firstly when we get in - a waiter will come and introduce himself in a very friendly manner. Then asks shall I start serving or do I wait. If we say, we are waiting for some more to join, he got us panipuri and said mean while you enjoy this 😀😍. Then in sometime serving starts, he gets panner, pineapple, watermelon, mushroom bbq steaks and place it on barbeque grill which is placed on every table. We can serve ourselves those hot veggie barbeques. Then cheese potato, chilly paneer, crispy corn, pasta, peas and nuts salad, onion cucumber carrot salad is served. Similarly for non vegetarian they serve chicken, fish, prawns bbq steaks and chicken leg and many more non veg varieties are served. Then we also get live food stall in which we get chat, noodles , and pasta. Then main course we will have biryani veg and non veg, 2 varieties if veg and non veg curries, noodles, Manchuria, soup, fries ... Finally we also have desert stall where we get cakes, ice-creams, fruits, sweets of many different varieties. You can have all these unlimited- everything depends on your tummy 😂😂 I felt it's very less what we are paying buffet. If we eat them all separately , just calculate it will be more than 1500 - 2000 per person. Isn't it great offer? Must try 😀

Timings are 12pm to 3.30 pm --- food service ends Evening 6.30 to 10.30 pm. --- all days open.

Lastly you will also get a cake mentioning the purpose of celebration you are there ... And they will celebrate by playing a music and all waiters standing round the table and clapping 👏👏👏 ...so beautiful service. I...
