Arch Cafe - Kothapet — Restaurant in Hyderabad

First i was impressed by the interior design or ambience or whatever you can say. This is the first thing that attracted me to this cafe. I actually wanted to have some coffee because of the rainy day. So i searched for some good coffee shops near me on Google. And among all, i liked this cafe very much because of the interior design. And you can laugh at what I'm going to say now. Because i have watched on YouTube how these latte, cappuccino, mocha etc types of coffees are made. Because i haven't drank any of these in my life before and i have never been to a cafe. I think it's my 2nd time. I watched these coffee making videos on YouTube so that i can get an idea about them and I will get clarity on which coffee I should order in this arch cafe. 😂 Funny right ? At last i found out that mocha coffee is good because chocolate is mixed in it with cocoa and milk. And I like chocolate. So i ordered mocha. The ambience was very awesome. It's costly but it's worth it. I suggest that people who want to visit this place should definitely visit. I assure you that you will like the Ambience of this cafe and food too. I saw mostly couples visiting this place. I wanted to visit this cafe and to have coffee because of the combination of rain and ambience of this cafe on this day. Really disappointed with the careless of the staff. Mr. Sai Akhil the person who's contact number has been provided by the restaurant, Spoke to me for on behalf of the restaurant. The first issue was that they were careless of providing the items of what they specify on food delivery apps. The 2nd point of careless was to not hand over all the items to the delivery agent and charging the customer for the products. It has been several days since I've been following up on the person for a refund but all that he says is I'll get it done in 10 minutes and hangs up. I regret making a purchase from this resturant. Not only did i never get the items/product that i purchased neither are they returning the money.

Took them 5 days to do the needful. The contact person Mr. Sai Akhil stated that due the Saturday and Sunday crowd and the phonepe/Google pay issue he was facing that had caused the delay. But I'm surprised at all these days they never bothered to call up and now that they see a review, they bothered to call and instantly initiated a refund.

One more thing I appreciate is the reasonable pricing. For the taste, portion size, and presentation, it feels totally worth the money. It’s not overpriced like many other cafes in the city, which makes it all the more inviting to come back again.
