Chaayos at Raheja Mindspace, Hyderabad is a charming little spot tucked away right on the footpath — a cozy setup with limited seating, but packed with flavor and character. Despite its compact size, this outlet delivers a great experience for anyone looking to grab a quick bite or unwind over a cup of chai.
The menu offers a variety of interesting and uniquely Indian options. We tried the Chai, which was perfectly brewed and had that homely, comforting feel. Their Desi Cold Coffee was another highlight — strong, smooth, and refreshing, especially in the Hyderabad heat.
We also sampled the Palak Patta Chaat, which was crisp, tangy, and layered with textures and flavors that really worked well together. And the Dabeli was a delightful surprise — soft, spicy, and just the right amount of sweet and tangy, exactly how street-style Dabeli should be.
What makes this Chaayos special is how it brings a relaxed, street-side café vibe right into a busy tech hub. It may not have extensive indoor seating, but the food and drinks more than make up for it. It’s a great little pit stop for a quick break or a casual catch-up.
If you’re in or around Mindspace and craving a flavorful Indian snack or a great cup of chai, this spot is definitely worth...
Read moreThis particular Chaayos branch has consistently displayed unprofessional and impolite behavior from its staff. The outlet only has two air-conditioned tables available, and each time I visited, one was occupied by staff members enjoying their own time, while the other was cluttered with Chaayos products. When I inquired about seating, I was told, "Ma'am, you can sit outside," where there is no air conditioning—this was around 2:00 p.m. in the afternoon.
This is not the first time I've encountered such behavior at this location. It’s common to see one of the few tables being used by staff, while paying customers are asked to sit outside. I have no problem with staff members taking breaks, but customer service should be the top priority. As a customer paying for both the products and the ambiance (including taxes), it’s disappointing to see customers being sidelined.
I strongly urge Chaayos management to address this issue and ensure that customer experience remains a priority at...
Read moreI stopped by for a quick chai before I head to a meeting. We drove all the way for about 1 and half hour to reach there and considering my lactose free dietary constraints, had to pick either coffee or black/green tea. I chose to have a good refreshing black tea with ginger, lemon and honey. Black tea was not brewed well, he made my tea like a sharbat with so much honey in it. I couldn’t taste lemon and ginger at all. I paid ₹355 to 2 of the same combinations and was not worth at all. A little pricey too. But, I’ve heard about their premixes and normal chai from my friends. I really hope this was by mistake.
But the ambience is cute, tiny little place where you find breakfast and other quick bites. They also have a merchandise segment where you can...
