Cloud Dining — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with Cloud Dining Restaurant in Hyderabad. I had booked a table for a special occasion, looking forward to the much-talked-about rooftop dining experience. However, the restaurant was removed from the location.when we arrived, despite my reservation being confirmed. We also received the confirmation from the company magicpin which was with cloud dining.

This situation was beyond disappointing. We had planned our evening around this reservation, only to find the place completely closed with no prior notification. It was shocking to see such a lack of professionalism and communication from what is supposed to be a reputed establishment.

To make matters worse, we were left scrambling to find another restaurant at the last minute, which severely disrupted our plans and ruined what was meant to be a special night.

Overall, my experience with Cloud Dining Restaurant was nothing short of a disaster. Their failure to notify us of the closure, despite confirming our booking, shows a blatant disregard for their customers' time and expectations. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a reliable and enjoyable dining experience...

An interesting concept dining experience right opposite to Shilparamam in Hitec City. For your meal, you will be fastened onto your seat and then taken to a height of approx. 150 feet using a crane which allows you to get a panoramic view of Hitec city and surrounding area. The view looks really good at night and accompanied by some music (slightly loud) and lights, gives a very unique experience of eating. On the day that we went, it was raining and quite windy so we didn't reach the full height due to safety concerns and our 45 minutes session was slightly curtailed as one of the guest complained dizziness due to height. Coming to the food, the non-veg starters were very tasty, while the main course was really dreadful. The desserts were slightly better but again not the best. It's understandable that when the food is pre-cooked and just microwaved there, you would not get the best taste but even considering this, the food quality can definitely be improved so that this can really be a enjoyable...

We had a team dinner at Cloud dining yesterday, it was an amazing experience. Dining 160 feet above the ground, with a breathtaking view of Hitech City and catchy music, was just what we needed at the end of a hard work week. I opted for the non-veg meal option, and the food was good. I liked the chicken starters the most. Big shout out to the server Rahul and the chefs who were also swaying to the music melody and created such a cheerful environment for us. The server Rahul not only served us the food patiently but also obliged with numerous requests to grab our pictures and videos in various modes. And he did both tasks perfectly. Overall a good experience. If you are slightly afraid of heights, i would say it’s not as scary if you just focus on the food and music. Worth the adrenaline rush :) Safety measures are also put well in place. Hope you find this review useful!
