Dadu's, Gachibowli, hands down, one of the best Vegetarian restaurants we've been to in Hyderabad. The ambiance is really vibrant and welcoming. They are famous for their variety of sweets. Along with that, their in house restaurant, Masala Republic, had our heart❤️. We really had a good experience. Starters and Main Course: 1. CHUR CHUR NAAN with a side of chane chole, was exquisite. The naan was so crispy from the outside and soft from the inside, just perfect🤤. 2. PAANI PURI SLIDERS. Let me tell you, the presentation was so cute. They had 10 golgappe on shot glasses, which had different flavoured paani, some sweet and some sour. This was quite new for us, but at the same time, a great starter🙌. 3. CHOLE BHATURE were also nice. Bhature, especially, were not at all heavy, and that was the best thing about it. As usual, it came with chane chole, some spicy tomato chutney and onions😋. 4. KATTAPPA KATORI was a different version of Raj kachori. The katori part of it was made with charcoal dough, giving it an interesting colour, and the filling had yogurt and sprouts. A perfect balance of sweet and savory🤩. 5. DUMPLING and NOODLES was actually a great combo, with the dumplings served with two kinds of sauces: tamarind chilli sauce and schezwan sauce😍. Desserts: 1. MOTICHUR KE LADDU, as we Indians like, "Ghee mein doobe hue". 2. THANDAI CHAM CHAM and SITAPHAL CHAM CHAM, so creamy. 3. GULAB-KHEER CAKE, the best dessert of the night. Beautiful presentation, and had a subtle "gulab" taste, not too heavy. 4. CHEESE KUNAFA, was the tweaked version of this Turkish delicacy. It had a mix of kalakand, cheese and topped with loads of desi ghee. 5. KAAJU KATLI and KAAJU KATORI, as usual, was a delight. This was a great dinner date with our friends, and a paradise for VEGETARIANS! The staff was very humble and jolly❤️. Whenever in Hyderabad, don't forget to visit Dadu's. . I recently visited Dadu’s Hyderabad Sweet Shop, renowned for its wide array of delightful sweets. The variety of options available was impressive, with each sweet offering a unique taste of tradition and quality. The sweets section of the shop lived up to its reputation, with each item beautifully presented and tasting as good as it looked. However, my experience at the chaat corner was less than satisfactory. While the flavors were decent, the hygiene standards were not up to par. I noticed that the staff handling the food were not wearing gloves, which is a basic hygiene practice, especially in current times. This oversight was concerning and dampened the overall experience. The shop would benefit greatly from some attention to these details. Training the staff to adhere to hygiene standards, such as wearing gloves while handling food ingredients, is crucial. It’s not only about maintaining cleanliness but also about ensuring customer trust and safety. In summary, while I enjoyed the sweets at Dadu’s, the hygiene practices at the chaat corner need immediate attention. With improved standards and staff training, Dadu’s Hyderabad Sweet Shop could enhance its reputation and provide a wholly satisfying experience for its customers.

Update: I visited this outlet on April 29th and was disappointed 😞 to see the condition of washrooms. Foul smell, water stagnation and excrable condition made me unhappy. Every business in the city must maintain excellent hygiene at this juncture when Corona threat still persists As a premium shop in one of the most sought-after locality, Dadu's must keep its restroom tidy. I am downgrading my rating for Dadu's to 2 until I see improvement in my next visit. This shop offers varieties of sweets, snacks and other items, but the service in the Dadu's Masala Republic is not up to the mark. The shop must focus on elevating the standard of service provided to customers in the Masala Republic. Though I was happy to see the level of hygiene maintained by the shop, I was unhappy at the same time seeing the cook preparing chats constantly chatting lowering the mask. Periodic training is what is needed for the workers to make it a better place.

If I could give minus rating I would have certainly done that. This is worst restaurant experience we ever had. I ma posting this while we drive back home from the horrible dinner experience.

We entered the place and my wife happily asked the guy in Dadu's blazer if this is the same Dadu which is there in Pune and to utter surprise that guy was so rude and obnoxious he gave some wierd random answer to my wife. Later other staff confirmed it's the same. So this was the starting of the horrible experience. We took a table and placed the order, palak paneer, butter roti. The food arrived. There was no butter on the butter roti. We told the same to waiter to which he said he will put the butter and bring back which he never did. The palak paneer was anything but palak paneer, the worst palak paneer we ever had. We then ordered white sauce pasta. Neither the pasta nor the vegetables had any salt to it. We had to ask for salt and add it to make the dish eatable. Cutlery wasn't provided, we had to ask for it. Water was never served. The bill arrived and we were charged for butter roti.

My take - however big or famous your become, never forget that you are in service business and your smile and hospitality is what the guest will always remember.

Will never visit this restaurant and never...

Bhaiya pls batana kis hisab se aap 1-1 kilo ki kaju ki mithai ke do do hazaar rupaye le rahe. Aisa toh kuch humko dikha nahi usme Jo aapne itne paise liye.

Update: The DADU's response: We apologize for any confusion or dissatisfaction. Our pricing reflects the high quality of ingredients and the craftsmanship that goes into creating our cashew nut sweets. We strive to provide the best experience for our customers and appreciate your feedback. If you have any further concerns, please feel free to reach out to us directly. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Sir/madam please let us know what is the best quality of ingredients and the craftsmanship? At what price the best and best cashewnuts are sold in the market per kg? Also, is the product entirely filled with cashewnut or other fillings like strawberry, honey, butterscotch, chocolate, gulkandh? what about their prices? You add all these items to the kaju item and sell this at a kaju price. Please don't mislead people in the name of quality, craftsmanship. Please show some honesty sir/madam. Don't loot please.

Beware customers!!! Even the best of the best shop won't charge 2k for a kaju mithai. Please think yourself. I am truly dissatisfied with their price. Was in a hurry and...
